How do I know if my entries have been received?

As soon as your order is placed, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes administration agency and our on-site log! It's as easy as that! Now you can just sit back, wait for your Perfection gear to show up!

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking information. 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders NORMALLY ship within 2-3 business days if any issues arise please contact at PerfectionGiveaways@gmail.com

 

Why didn't I receive my entire order in one shipment?

Sometimes, your order will ship from more than 1 location! Some select items ship directly from the manufacturer, and some from our warehouse! No worries, if you receive a partial order, the rest of your items will follow close behind! You can always reach us at PerfectionGiveaways@gmail.com

 

Why has my order still not shipped after 2-3 business days days?

We sometimes deal with holdups from the manufacturer, printer/embroiderer, weather and other unforeseen setbacks (machine down, bad batch, holidays etc.). You should anticipate 3 to 5 days for processing.. No worries, we will see you get your order as quickly as possible

 

I entered the wrong address on my order, how can I change it?

Please contact us ASAP at PerfectionGiveaways@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

 

I messaged you on social media about my order and have not received a reply.. what do I do?
